What impressed us most was the longevity of these pressure sensors. We operate in a harsh environment with extreme conditions, and we were replacing our old units every 8-10 months. These have been running strong for over two years now with minimal maintenance. The ROI became clear within the first year. I only wish we had found them sooner.

After extensive testing, these EST330F (flush diaphragm) exceeded our expectations. We were experiencing inconsistent readings with our previous supplier’s pressure sensors, which was affecting our quality control. After switching to ESS501V, we’ve seen a significant improvement in measurement accuracy and reliability. The technical support team was also incredibly responsive. Managing pressure measurement at cryogenic temperatures has always been our biggest challenge.
We’ve tried several solutions over the years, but many sensors either failed quickly or gave us unreliable data below -150°C. Since implementing these pressure transmitters in our liquefied gas systems, we’ve finally achieved the stability we needed.
They’ve been performing consistently even at -196°C for over 14 months now. The initial technical consultation was crucial—the team understood our temperature cycling concerns and helped us select units with the right materials and design.
We’ve expanded our order to cover additional cryogenic lines, and the performance has been equally solid across all installations.
